Međunarodna konferencija o nasleđivanju

Cross-border Successions Alliance je 3. februara 2020. godine održao Međunarodnu konferenciju o nasleđivanju u hotelu Crowne Plaza u Beogradu.

Pravni i poreski stručnjaci su se okupili kako bi se pozabavili praktičnim pitanjima u oblasti međunarodnog nasleđivanja, temom koja postaje sve relevantnija.

Zašto?

Prema izveštajima Evropske komisije, ukupno 4,4 miliona ljudi se doselilo u neku od zemalja Evropske unije tokom 2017. godine, dok je najmanje 3,1 miliona ljudi prijavilo da je emigriralo iz neke od zemalja članica Evropske unije.

Neke od tema o kojima se razgovaralo su bile: izazovi međunarodnog nasleđivanja, isključiva i neisključiva teritorijalna nadležnost, sukob zakona, oporezivanje međunarodnog nasledstva.
